Tomoe Hotaru
Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Saturn
Saturn has the ability to heal wounds and she has outstanding power. She can destroy the world in three simple words: "Silence Glaive Surprise". SailorSaturn/Hotaru is very sweet, shy, quiet, and a bit strange; but aren't all the senshi? Her best friend is Chibiusa/Chibimoon. Hotaru's mother died while she was very young in a labratory accident. 
When Hotaru first appears, the Outer Senshi dont trust her. In fact, Haruka tries to keep Chibiusa from seeing Hotaru. Hotaru housed Mistress9 and the Senshi of Destruction both, in her frail body. Mistress9 possesed her when she was killed in a lab accident(along with her mother), but Professor Tomoe joined the Death Busters in order to save Hotaru's life, not knowing Mistress9 would possess Hotaru. So Hotaru was revived by Mistress9 while Sailorsaturn was 'sleeping' inside her. Hotaru carried both Mistress9 and the Senshi of Destruction within her frail body. The Death Busters labratory was under Hotaru's house. Kaolinite(Kaori Night) lived in the house with them, and was the first to appear in BSSM S.
At the end of the S series, Sailormoon saves Hotaru, but she regresses back into a baby. In Sailor Stars series, Setsuna brings back Hotaru (as a baby) because they would need the power of Sailorsaturn. Saturn gives new powers to the outer senshi and they become Super senshi like the inners. Hotaru grows up abnormally fast in the Stars season and her intelligence and awareness of evil even faster. Finally she awakens and begins to fight with the outer senshi. She is the holder of the silence glaive. The Outer Senshi are like a family. Hotaru calls Haruka her papa Michiru mama and Setsuna mama.
Saturn is somewhat considered the Outer Senshi's leader. But much darkness and sadness are hidden behind this legendary soldier. Saturn is one of the most misundterstood and least-used senshi of the Bishoujo Senshi team and series. Although, in the manga she was in SuperS along with the other Outers and showed up a considerably lot more in the entire manga throughout. For some unknown reason beyound me, the animators felt that when converting that manga to anime that Saturn just wasn't important enough. Argh!
